Cheryl is a Certified Personnel Consultant and formerly the Director of Recruitment for a Bucks County-based staffing firm.

Richard is responsible for new business development for SimonSolutions. He brings over 12 years of experience within the sales and marketing arena. Throughout his career, Mr. Simon has worked for prestigious organizations such as Aon Corp. and MassMutual Life Insurance Company.
