Our client, a fast growing, national Benefits Administration organization, is searching for a Data Analyst to join their team. As a member of the Benefits Administration team, the Data Analyst focuses primarily on interacting with carriers and the client?s payroll team, continuing to learn the employee benefits industry, managing client issue resolution, and export documentation and set-up. Additional responsibilities include quality assurance tasks, assisting with client implementations, assisting Benefit Administrator on day-to-day administration and issue resolution and other special projects: Review and understand business and plan design requirements. Build/update vendor interfaces and coordinate system testing with auditing team.Generating and monitoring ongoing client issues and deliverables.Test and quality review export files.Develop and implement best practices.Review documentation of procedures and identify process improvements.Train other members of the benefit team. Provide feedback and developmental coaching to other team member. Build strong relationships with clients and business partners. Identify solutions for changing needs in market place. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
-Bachelors degree and/or related experience in HR preferred -Demonstrated ability to provide superior Customer Service -Strong organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills -Logical problem solver with excellent follow through and detail orientation skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment -Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills -Competent in basic personal computer skills and knowledge, including keyboard skills, electronic folder/file organization and management, and email usage -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office -Must be able to work overtime during peak periods -Health and Welfare benefit knowledge a plus Please apply for this position by hitting the apply button below.
