Our client, a fast growing Wellness organization in Bucks County, Pa., is searching for a Client Service Coordinator. The right person will be analytical with expert level Excel Skills and also personable and comfortable in front of clients. Responsibilities: -Support Account Management by meeting with clients, addressing client questions, setting up wellness programs, and developing action plans -Liaison between clients and biometric screening companies to setup onsite screening events -Represent company during Open Enrollment at client companies and at Health Fairs -Manage client reporting by filtering requirements from multiple parties to generate monthly and program aggregate reports -Use Excel and Access to monitor client program performance and provide solutions to problem areas -Supervise the customer service team and help manage workload and delegate tasks -Work with wellness company Executive Team on Product Development and Service Enhancement Projects -Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, keep multiple projects on-track, structuring and executing work
-1 to 3 years of experience in account/client services focused work, preferably in the health sector
-Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills -Excellent knowledge of Excel and Access.
-Ability to write macros preferred.
-Able to present complex findings to business managers in a clear, concise manner using graphics, tables and high level summarization -- both orally and in writing
-Must be a team player, self motivated with a strong work ethic.
